Your Right to Returns
Advise of Withdrawal
1. Your Right of Withdrawal
Customers can withdraw from a contract in written form (e.g. via email, letter, fax) within the expiry of one month after receipt of the goods or by return consignment of the goods within the time limit. The time limit starts with receipt of this advise. To stick to the time limit, it is necessary to send the message, or to return the goods to Babyvita in due time. Customers need not give reasons for their withdrawal. Send your message/goods to:

If unsealed by customers, there is no right of withdrawal for audio an video material (e.g. CDs, DVDs) or software. Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for newspapers, journals, or magazines. There is no right of withdrawal for special designs and custom made products.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of an exercised withdrawal, services have to be returned on both sides, and potential usage has to be refunded (e.g. interest). If customers cannot or can only partially refund services/goods, or if they return goods in a deteriorated state, they have to substitute the damage to Babyvita. This does not apply if the deterioration of the product is due to normal examination - as compared to the situation in a retail shop. If customers handle goods as if not owning them, and avoid treatment which deteriorates the condition of the goods, they can avoid liability for damages.
Mailable goods must be sent back. When returning a delivery of goods possessing an order value amounting to 40,- €, costumers must pay the costs of the return consignment if the goods correspond to the order. Customers must also bear the return costs if the order value exceeds the amount of 40 ,- € if they did not yet make a payment or partial payment as contracted. In any other cases, the return costs are not on the costumers` behalf. Goods which are not mailable are being collected.
Every return consignment should contain:
copy of the invoice
delivery note / short cover letter
your bank connection
Incomplete returns cannot be dealt with as long as the required information ist not there.
If self-assembly furniture is to be collected, please, disassemble in advance! Try to use the original packaging. Please, attach guarantee cards and service brochures to technical equipment (e.g. monitors).

Details on return consignments when exercising your right to returns:
We inform you that you become liable for damages if goods are being damaged at return due to inadequate packaging, or gets lost due to false or incomplete addressing.
Please, mind the following points when returning the goods:
Use the original packaging including protection material!
Address the return consignment correctly and completely, and state your sender address.
