Application of Cookies

As soon as you contact us we receive and save certain information. Therefore, we use so-called “cookies”. Cookies only need minimal storage space, do not influence the function of your computer, and do not contain personal data. They help us guarantee a quick handling of your order.

Transmission of Information to Others

Customer information is important to us, since it helps us optimise our offer. It is not part of our business to sell customer information to others. We convey information only as follows:

• We charge other companies and individuals with certain services, i.e. parcel service, sending of letters or emails, care and analysis of data base, advertising efforts, financial services (debit entries, purchase on account), customer care. These service providers have access to personal data, which is necessary to deliver the service. They must not use the data for other purposes. Furthermore they are obliged to their duty of secrecy and to the German Data Protection Act.
• We convey customer accounts and personal data if bound by law. We also do so to enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreements and our rights, as well as the rights of our customers and partners. This comprises a data exchange with companies specialised on the prevention and minimisation of misuse. We point out that there is no data exchange with other companies for economical purposes which is contradictory to the data protection agreement.
• In other cases, we will inform you if personal data is meant to be conveyed to other parties. We will give you the opportunity to agree to this.

  As soon as personal data is being conveyed to other parties – as explained above – or if conveyed into countries outside the EU we are going to see that this process of information will be performed in correspondence with this data protection agreement and the German Data Protection Act.
