As an introduction, we are going to give you a few hints making your shopping spree in our online shop as pleasant as possible.
If you know your own mind...
You can find all the important product categories on the left hand side as text and, at the bottom of the home page, as pictures. There you can start. Click on the relevant category and you will get an overview of the sub-categories as text and as pictures.

From the beginning on, you have got the possibility to get a general idea of our whole range of products. On the button "products", we have stated a listing of all our sub-categories that you can click on leading you to our large assortment.
For bargain hunters...
Babyvita is reknown for its low prices and good conditions. For those of you who want to hunt for bargains, we have established the category "bargains". There bargain-hunters can enjoy themselves. You will find slightly or strongly reduced details. Still, our bargains are new goods. Some of these bargains are returns, others are phase-out models. There is the same warranty on our bargains as usual.
Privacy & Security
Privacy and security are vitally important to Babyvita. We are committed to data protection, as a matter of course. Your personal information is being conveyed to us as coded information by means of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). They are being recorded if you order our newsletter. We do not forward your personal data to third parties.

How do I order online at babyvita.de?
Take your time and choose from our large online assortment. If you opted for an article, click on the button "select article". If you would like to select further articles / put more into your basket, click on "select more". If you want to process your order, click on the button "cashpoint".
Purchase on trust account IClear
If you would like to purchase your order on trust account, please, move from your basket directly to the button "IClear". (How IClear works, you can read in the link underneath your trolley.)
Your basket
Please, check your basket thoroughly. In your basket, you have got the option to add or delete articles.
Your address
Please, fill in your complete address. Along with your order, you will receive an order number. It consists of an order number at the beginning and a customer number at the end. Please, use this complete number for all your inquiries. Tell us your email address for questions on your order.
Ordering goods to a different address
If you would like to make a gift, or if you will not be at home at the delivery date, you can give us a delivery address differing from the invoice address. If you do not want us to deliver to the invoice address, click on the hook next to "different address". There you can give us a different address.
Payment
You can choose between different modes of payment. Please, click on the desired mode of payment to get further information:
cash in advance / prepayment (bank transfer onto Babyvita account)
credit card
cash on delivery (7,- € C.O.D. charge)
PayPal (via the Internet)
IClear (trust account)
If you have got a discount or advertising voucher, send us the key word together with your order. You can make this entry at "My information to Babyvita".

Final Examination & Order Confirmation
Here you can find all the information on your order. On your summary, you can see your contact dates, the selected articles and services, an a detailed calculation of the amount of your order. Now you can still change something if you wish. If all the information is correct and corresponds to your needs, you can send your order by clicking the button "order". You will receive a confirmation which you may process on your computer or print. We are going to send this confirmation to your email address as well.

How long does the delivery take?
Delivery dates depend on the product and the manufacturer. Delivery times are indicated in the product descriptions.
Delivery times are approximate. They may be more or less a couple of days.
We cannot offer express delivery for all the articles, since our warehouse is not suitable for a large supply inventory.
If you may wish express delivery, please, ask in advance at versand@babyvita.de if it is possible.

Do we inform you when your order is being dispatched?
Unfortunately, we haven`t got the possibility to inform you on dispatch via email. But we try to stick to our stated delivery times.
If there may be delays unexpectedly, our service team will send you a short information on the approximate delivery date.
If you may not receive any information on the delay of a delivery, please, contact our service team at versand@babyvita.de and state your order number. You will get an answer immediately.

Why are delivery times at Babyvita sometimes longer than at the big mail order companies?
We are a minor company with 8 full-time and 3 part-time employees. We have to calculate with a narrow margin and keep our warehouse small to remain competitive. Thus, we do without a large warehouse and pass low prices for high-quality products on to our customers.

Vouchers at Babyvita?
If you would like to encash a voucher, please, put it directly into your trolley. The amount will be accounted at the cashpoint and subtracted from the account.
