Delivery Charges
Delivery Times
Delivery time is approximately 7-14 working days, 3-6 weeks for furniture. Delivery time is dependent on the manufacturer. Generally, the approximate delivery time is indicated in the respective product information. But delivery time may be delayed occasionally. If this case may occur we will contact you early enough.
Express items (delivery within 1 week) are rarely possible. Please, inform at info@babyvita.de in advance. To give you a delivery date we need:
- order number
- delivery address
Express items have an extra charge of 9,50 €.
Delivery Charges
- within Germany
- 6,90 € delivery charge
- 7,- € cash on delivery extra charge
We deliver throughout Europe! Please, ask for delivery charges abroad under info@babyvita.de. Since delivery charges abroad are according to weight, we need a listing of the products in question to calculate delivery charges.
Please, consider that complete delivery charges can be specified for countries of the EU only. For countries outside the EU we can tell you the delivery charges but you may have to pay additional customs charges. Your customs authority will be able to specify the customs charges. Our delivery offer outside the EU does not include customs charges!
Delivery
Furniture and larger toys are being delivered disjointedly by 80% and have to be built up by the customer. A construction manual is enclosed in the delivery.
We deliver with parcel service or dispatch department. Customers cannot choose the company. Thus we are able to offer competitive prices. Delivery is until property border or first front door, at least. We are not able to influence this way of delivery since it is being performed externally.
Delivery Insurance
We pack and dispatch our products as perfectly as possible. There may occur, though, damages on the parcel or the product itself caused by inappropriate transportation by the parcel service. In this case, accept the delivery under reserve only! Have the damage acknowledged by the deliverer and contact us then. Damages that have not been acknowledged by the deliverer cannot be refunded!

- order number
- serial number
- complete address
- parcel number and parcel service
- digital pictures of the damage
- description of the damage
